- 100% Paraje Altamira (Cepillo). High density vineyard (7,000 plants/ha) and low yield in a soil with a high level of limestone located at 1,100 masl.
- Harvest and winemaking
- the malbec is harvested during the last week of March with a natural high acidity. The cabernet franc is also harvested early the first week of April so as not to lose its “varietal expression”. They ferment separately in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts and few extractions. The wine spends 15 months in French oak barrels (Boutes), out of which 50% are new.
