- 100% bonarda from an old pergola vineyard in Chacayes. Argentina is the world's leading producer of bonarda, a fresh, light and deeply coloured grape, practically abandoned in France, its country of origin.
- Vine age
- 25 years old
- Yield
- 10 tons per hectare
- First vintage
- 2017
- Appellation
- GI Los Chacayes. An old pergola vineyard, planted on a soil somewhat deeper than those usually found in Los Chacayes. The flora surrounding this plot (jarilla, thyme, eucalyptus, among others) often shows in the aromatic expression of this wine.
- Harvest and winemaking
- Usually harvested in mid-March. It ferments in concrete eggs with indigenous yeasts, then ages for six months in those same vessels before bottling.
