Mundo Revés Cuvées Spéciales is a series of exclusive batches of wine, made with special wine-making methods.
When we find a terroir which attracts our attention, due to its characteristics and the grape’s quality, we make these cuvées spéciales, using non-conventional winemaking methods, such as barrel fermentation, skin contact and ageing in second or third passage oak barrels. Chardonnay, semillón, bonarda and cabernet franc are some of the varieties that can be found in this vibrant and unique collection.
