CRIOLLA
These wines were born in 2020 with the aim of looking for some unusual grapes and daring winemaking methods. “Moving away” from our university education, they followed a path to a more spontaneous and natural enology.
We use the properties of the lees, skins (whites in skin contact), stems (reds without sulfites) and natural acidity to protect the wines and accompany them in their aging. Each of these wines is an invitation to a small journey, an inner journey that will bring you to the Uco valley through a very personal winemaking process.
